Zoning Commission Public Hearing - Dec. 14th

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGES

The Zoning Commission of Brighton Township will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Brighton Township Zoning Resolution which was initiated by the motion of the Zoning Commission.

The hearing will be held at the Brighton Town Hall (corner of State Route 511 & State Route 18) on the 14th day of December, 2023,at 7:00 PM.

A copy of the full text of proposed amendments (Article 320, Easements & Right of Ways, Article 1121(B}, Driveways, Articles 305.02 & 305.03, Accessory Buildings, Article 10, Signs, Article 428, Wind Turbine Energy Systems) will be available for examination from November 14, 2023 to December 14, 2023 at the Township offices (Township Garage). Please call to confirm. After conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for further action.
